PH Hair Co. is located in Chicago at VUE Suites, 2910 South Wentworth Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60616, in Chinatown. Suite details and arrival instructions will be provided once your appointment is confirmed.
PH Hair Co. currently services clients Wednesday through Saturday. We are closed Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. Current availability can be viewed directly through the booking calendar.
Yes. Consultations are available and required for select services, particularly extension installs. Consultations allow us to assess your hair, discuss your goals, and recommend the best service for you. Consultations may be completed virtually.
Yes. A $25 deposit is required for all services to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. Appointments are not confirmed without a deposit.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
If you are booking an extension install or currently have hair installed, please remove all old extensions prior to your appointment. Hair should be brushed out and pre-detangled to ensure a smooth and timely service.
PH Hair Co. accepts Zelle, cash, and credit or debit cards. Remaining balances are due at the time of your appointment.
